Linger: Walk or look around you slowly. Notice if some member of creation attracts your attention, a cloud, a tree, a plant indoors. Allow yourself to linger, to pause at whatever attracts your attention and be present to what is there. Use your senses to take in the wonder of this creature: the colours, shapes, smells, textures.

Tino Nyokanhete – Tino has a commitment to aged care and ensuring excellent care is provided to the residents she cares for. She has worked as a CA, C4, Registered Nurse, and is now one of our CCCs. Tino goes above and beyond and leads by example. Another special mention is her most recent acceptance of permanent residency in Australia.
