# What does 'wellbeing' mean to you?

In the video, a few members of our organisation shared what the term 'Wellbeing' means to them.

We then wanted to know what you thought, so we asked you.

Here's some of the responses we've received so far.

- "Seeing the person as a whole: physical, emotional and mental and ensure I provide an environment for people to feel safe, appreciated and to express their creativity and talents."
- "Having time to enjoy me time, whether is it with friends, family or just alone time. Chance to breathe in and take in my surroundings, instead of rushing from task to task."
- "Being healthy (mind, body and spirit), a sense of fulfillment and being blissfully content in all areas of life."
