 Shilpa Khanal

Client Service Officer, Anglican Care Finance

I am a compassionate, dedicated, and highly organised professional with over nine years of experience across the aged care, disabilities and allied health sectors, supported by a Bachelor of Business in Accounting.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting communities and making a positive difference in people’s lives through meaningful service and care.

I love being the reason behind someone’s happiness, which is why I have chosen to build my career in the aged care and allied health sectors, where I can make a meaningful impact while also combining my passion for helping people with my strong interest in accounting and working with numbers.

In my previous role as an Assistant Manager within an allied health clinic, I managed client services, accounts receivable and payable, scheduling, invoicing, and team coordination while supporting children and families throughout their journey.

I also spent several years working in aged care, where I developed strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills while supporting residents, families, and staff.

I am excited to begin my new role as Client Service Officer/Accounts Receivable with Anglican Care, where I can combine my financial administration experience with my passion for helping people and contributing positively to the community.

Alison Campbell

Business Analyst

I’m a Business Analyst with experience across both the public and private sectors in insurance, claims, finance and customer service. Over my career I’ve worked in many different roles — from call centre operator through to people leadership — which has given me a broad understanding of both business and people. For the past five years, I’ve been a Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst with Cotality, managing finance platforms across Australia and New Zealand.

While I’m proud of the projects and achievements throughout my career, what I value most is helping people grow in confidence and step into bigger opportunities. Seeing individuals back themselves and move into higher roles is something I find incredibly rewarding — although I still enjoy a good spreadsheet and colour-coded process along the way.

My husband and I moved to the coast three years ago after relocating from Adelaide, while our two adult children stayed behind to keep the family home occupied. We love the lifestyle here — especially the live music, great food and much-improved weather. Outside of work, I enjoy watching live sport, as well as cooking, baking, reading, and planning our next travel adventure.

Charlotte Buchanan

Behaviour Support Practitioner, Samaritans Behaviour Support and Therapy Team

Hi, I’m Charlotte. I’ve been working in behaviour support for several years, supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a range of settings, particularly young people in out of home care.

I’m passionate about helping people feel safe, understood, and empowered, and I enjoy working collaboratively with families, carers, and support teams to help clients work towards their goals. I’m currently working towards becoming a psychologist and continue to build my therapeutic skills to support clients in developing emotional regulation, confidence, resilience, and independence.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, cycling, and training for triathlons.
