Having built my HR career over the past 10 years across manufacturing, maritime and corporate environments, I bring experience aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting leaders to build high-performing teams, and fostering positive, inclusive workplace cultures.

My approach is focused on collaboration, practical problem-solving, and delivering people-focused solutions that contribute to both employee success and organisational outcomes.

I am looking forward to learning more about the business, building strong relationships across the organisation, and contributing to the continued success of Newcastle Anglican and its people.

Behaviour Support Specialist

I'm thrilled to be joining the Samaritans team as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP).

In my role as a BSP, I work closely with individuals to understand their behaviours, develop tailored support strategies, and empower people to live their best lives.

I'm deeply passionate about person-centred care and creating positive, meaningful change for the people I support.

Outside of work, I keep myself pretty busy! I play rugby, work as a lifeguard, and love spending quality time with my family and friends, as they keep me grounded and energised for the work I do every day.

I'm really looking forward to connecting with you all and being part of such an incredible, purpose-driven team. Don't hesitate to come and say hello.
