Satwik Roy, IT Systems Engineer

I'm joining Newcastle Anglican from AGL, where I worked in IT support for several years, helping teams with their day-to-day technology needs and keeping IT services running smoothly. I have a background in IT infrastructure and end-user support, and I enjoy solving problems and helping people get the best out of technology.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places and getting outdoors whenever I can. I'm looking forward to this new chapter and getting to know everyone at Newcastle Anglican.

Megan Brewster, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner

I am a passionate Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SH&W) professional dedicated to helping organisations create mentally healthy, safe, and high-performing workplaces where people can thrive. My approach combines evidence-based practice with practical, tailored solutions that support both organisational performance and employee wellbeing.

With more than 25 years of experience in senior WH&S leadership roles, I have worked across a diverse range of industries including mining, construction, aerospace, manufacturing, water and energy utilities, government, and workplace health and safety regulators. This breadth of experience has provided me with a deep understanding of complex operational environments, and the unique challenges organisations face in fostering safe and healthy workplaces.

My expertise spans leadership, strategic planning, risk management, organisational change, and psychosocial hazard management. I work with organisations to build capability, strengthen workplace culture, and implement evidence-based wellbeing initiatives that enable people to be safe, live well, and thrive at work.

I hold a Master of Occupational Health and Safety, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Social Science, and Diploma of Positive Psychology. I am also a qualified Life and Wellness Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Lead Auditor and Investigator, and a PERMAH Wellbeing Organisational Facilitator.

I am excited to be joining the team at Newcastle Anglican and look forward to meeting and working with you in the coming weeks.
