Ella Mayo – Wellbeing Business Partner (start date 3/11)
I am an Occupational Therapist with experience working in forensic psychiatry in Melbourne, supporting people with complex mental health needs.
During this time, I coordinated the Allied Health Graduate Program, fostering the growth and development of early career clinicians.
Since relocating back to my hometown of Newcastle, I have expanded my practice into the NDIS, and lifestyle medicine.
I am a passionate advocate for mental health and wellbeing, and I believe in the power of connection, open conversations, and proactive self-care in creating meaningful and lasting change.
I also place strong importance on balance, between our roles, environments, and daily routines, recognising that maintaining work–life balance is essential to support both personal and professional wellbeing.
Kym Earnshaw – Director Risk & Compliance (start date 10/11)
I’m a risk nerd who has worked in a variety of organisations, from state governments to listed companies, to utilities.
I’m very much looking forward to getting to know another organisation and its people.
On a personal level, I’m a book worm, who gets through a novel per fortnight.
I also love to run, ski and travel.
You’ll never find me with excess leave!
Sharon Cook - Accounts Receivable Officer (start date 27/10)
I am 58 years old, I have two adult children both in their 30’s who
I enjoy catching up with friends and family on weekends.
I love cooking, reading, walking.
I enjoy living on the sunny Central Coast.
I have worked in various industries in Accounts Receivable roles over the past 25 years and I am looking forward to working at Newcastle Anglican for the next chapter in my career.
