For over a decade, I’ve worked in IT with over seven years of Business Analyst experience, having worked across education, safety and compliance, mining and logistics, spanning both project and product-focused roles.
I’m known for being collaborative, curious, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to uncover the ‘why’ behind requests.
I’m always seeking process improvement opportunities and challenging assumptions to help shape practical, customer-centred solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me working out, spending time in nature or relaxing with my family, friends, husband and cats.
Rebecca Newnham – Marketing Business Partner (start date 8/12/25)
I’m an experienced marketing professional with over 10 years’ experience across a diverse range of industries, including film, air shows, education, and the Australian Reptile Park.
I specialise in engaging niche audiences and driving results, having grown a TikTok page to over one million followers.
I’ve also had the opportunity to personally introduce global artists such as Billie Eilish, Janet Jackson, Jason Derulo and 50 Cent to Australia’s wildlife.
Passionate about creating standout content that truly connects, I bring a creative and strategic mindset to every project.
When I’m not working, I can be found scrolling TikTok, reading, watching movies, and diving into all things pop culture.
I’m excited to bring my experience to Newcastle Anglican and contribute to the impactful work of the team.
Dimi Walton – Finance (start date 12/1/26)
With over 17 years’ experience in procurement across the manufacturing and mining sectors, I bring strong expertise in sourcing and risk management.
I am committed to supporting operational success through strategic purchasing and fostering productive supplier relationships.
Throughout my career, I have led system implementations and introduced streamlined procurement processes to enhance efficiency, improve compliance, and support long-term business objectives, while working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, spending time with a good book by the pool and quality time with friends and family.
