What is Litmos?
Litmos is our Learner Management System (LMS) that enables employees, volunteers, and their managers to clearly understand their mandatory training needs in alignment with their role. It also captures all employee training records and enables employees to complete online learning requirements, as well as professional development.
How does the Litmos relaunch impact me?
Our Litmos Learner Management System has been transformed to capture all directorates across Newcastle Anglican. It includes Samaritans, Anglican Care, schools employees, and parishes and volunteers with registered email addresses.
From Thursday 1 June, all employees and email registered volunteers will be able to view their relevant mandatory training requirements, including newly established Newcastle Anglican Policy documentation to complete via Litmos e-learning.
How can I access and use Litmos?
The Organisational Development team will be running a series of virtual workshop sessions from Monday 15 May. They will support you to access and navigate your account in Litmos. There will be a topic on reporting for managers, with direct reports towards the end of each workshop.
